1. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use Overcore for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations, including data misuse or unauthorized access to systems.
2. Software Licensing & Access
Overcore is offered under a commercial license. Depending on your deployment (SaaS, self-hosted, or cloud), usage terms may vary. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys, configurations, and database connections.
- On-premise and self-hosted versions are fully under your control.
- SaaS access, if applicable, is governed by specific service-level terms (e.g., uptime, support availability), defined in your agreement with us.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and intellectual property rights related to Overcore remain the exclusive property of JUSTADDWATER and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of the software or its components without prior written permission.
You retain full ownership of your data and schema. We do not claim any rights over content processed through your Overcore deployment.
4. Data Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and ensuring transparency around how any information is processed or stored.
Overcore does not collect or transmit your database contents unless explicitly configured to do so (e.g., for support or analytics purposes). When using external LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), please review their respective terms and privacy policies.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding reliability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall JUSTADDWATER, its affiliates, or employees be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service—including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss.
6. Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.
